Yes! To save your game progress on the Retro Kid console, you can use the quick menu by pressing Select + X while in-game. From there, select “Save State,” choose a slot, and save your progress. Remember your slot number for later! This is useful if multiple people are playing and want separate save files. To load, just select Load State instead.
Alternatively, you can use the Save State shortcut, which instantly captures your exact position in the game for later resumption. Here’s how:
• Save State: Press Select + R1 to save your current game state.

Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong thing — in those cases we cover everything, and in most cases you don't need to send anything back at all.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. This handheld is packed with thousands of games from all kinds of systems. The screen is amazing, and the build quality is better than expected. Everything I’ve tried runs smoothly. I might even buy another one.
It has more games than I ever imagined. I'm playing childhood games I'd forgotten about. No quality issues with the product. Be careful when applying the screen protector—I wasn't, and now I have bubbles and no idea where to find a replacement.
There are already tutorials for updating the operating system.

The console itself looks and feels great—solid build quality, has a good weight to it, brilliant 3.5" IPS screen, loud front-firing speaker, and quality buttons all around. The seller even included a free screen protector with wet and dry wipes. This one comes with a single 64GB microSD card with 15,000 games. The buttons are a bit stiff at first but may soften up after some use. Very satisfied with the product and the seller.

It's super easy to use and comfortable in the hands. All the games seem to play without issue (I even played Crazy Taxi on Dreamcast). The only drawback I see is that the D-pad is pretty stiff. It's a good unit for just about anyone—you can take it out of the box and start playing.
After charging, the system data and game selection loaded immediately, and it was playable right away. Far too many games to confirm the quality of all, but there seems to be no corrupted data. Nintendo DS requires two screens, so those games aren't suitable since menus that would appear on the second screen aren't visible. Incredible value considering the thousands of titles readily playable. Controls take time to figure out, as it combines many consoles with different button configurations.
This is like a Game Boy upgrade—it fits perfectly in your hands, has a bright color screen, and includes nearly every game you could want on the SD card. It even comes with a protective case. Such a great way to relive your favorite childhood games!

The battery hasn't run out yet; it's been almost three hours. The speaker sounds really good, and the buttons feel great too. It comes with the SD card preloaded with games and the system, the charging cable, and the manual. It was perfectly packed, no damage at all, surprisingly.
